My non-official cards



Country: the Netherlands
Description: My first non-official card. On postcrossing forum I found a topic where a woman teacher was looking for addresses. She wanted her students to learn more about different countries and so I decided to participate. I got that card from 2 girls :)

Description: We've started swapping on postcrossing forum after I've left a message there. Nice to send cards to each other though we know each other not very long.

Description: I found a new lovely penpal. She sent me the most beautiful card ever! And also this card reminds me of one wonderous place called Amateria, looks very similar. Well, Myst fans will understand :D Thanks, Magda, that's wonderful!
Country: Iceland
Description: My first card which I won in lottery! I've been waiting for it so long! And i couldn't believe I've won it. You had to take a pic out of your window, tell about the place you live in and also leave a nickname and a number. I was lucky!

Description: This card was sent to me by one man whose address I got on official exchange. I thought that he will be very interesting man and we made an exchange. Actually, I hope to continue that :)

Description: On Facebook I once came across the announcement that the girl wants to open a postcrossing museum so she was looking for cards all over the world. I've sent one and got this in answer. It was my dream, to visit Bratislava, and now I have card from there! Woohoo!
URU FAMILY CARDS

Description: A year ago I've met my uru-family. We all are together for one idea and thought, we spend a lot of time on skype as well and we know each other for almost a year. This adorable owl card is from my sweet friend Debe.

Description: We have a nice tradition to send hug-bears in skype. We spend a lot of time for that, lol. So this card is from lovely friend Jan (Tanguy).

Description: The card from Bill from Great Britain. A very nice one and I've been waiting for it so long :) Bill says this arch looks a bit like King Kerath's Arch. Ha!

Description: First card from my closest friend from Belgium - Gilles. I'm just in love with views in his city, so many places to visit and to see. That's a Belfroy Tower, a really high one!

Description: Another wonderful card from my friend Bill. Seems we'll be exchanging cards with him for a really long time, he seems to like that :) Well... me too!

Description: I must thank my good friend Alan for that fabulous mail present! 3 absolutely wonderful cards! The first one is a 3d card, that is why it looks blurred. I've never had such a card! The next one is a usual card from Chesterfield. The last one is, maybe, the most fabulous one. A looong card, which can be folded. Now all of them are decorating my wall!
